New Little House Series Books

The following books are NOT written by Laura Ingalls Wilder, but have been published by other authors in recent years. These authors have attempted to imitate the style of the "Little House" books, and tell the stories about her daughter, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, as well as Laura's own "missing years" between Plum Creek and Silver Lake. While these books are wholesome reading for children, please keep in mind that they are primarily fiction, unlike the original "Little House" books, which were primarily factual.
